1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Mixture Industries SRL, the company that operates PixelSteer (“PixelSteer,” “we,” “us”). They govern your access to the PixelSteer website, downloads, documentation, and related services. By accessing or using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. PixelSteer software
PixelSteer is a developer tool that lets you visually identify interface changes and pass structured feedback to a supported coding agent. Your installation and use of the software are also governed by the End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with the EULA about software licensing, the EULA controls.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use PixelSteer for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
4. Purchases and payment
Commercial licenses are one-time purchases at the price shown before checkout. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes payment, applicable taxes, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks. Paddle's buyer terms presented at checkout also apply to the transaction. You must provide accurate purchase and contact information.
5. License plans
An Individual license covers one named person doing commercial work on their own behalf. A Business license covers one named user working for a company or organization; one license is required per user unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Personal, educational, and other non-commercial use is free under the EULA.
6. Refunds
Refunds and statutory withdrawal rights are described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer right that applies to you.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website or services, interfere with their operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, violate another person's rights, use the services unlawfully, or misrepresent your identity or authority.
8. Your projects and third-party services
You retain ownership of your source code and project files. PixelSteer does not claim ownership of code or output produced through your coding agent. Coding agents, model providers, Paddle, GitHub, and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices; PixelSteer is not responsible for their independent services.
9. Intellectual property
PixelSteer and its licensors retain all rights in the website, software, documentation, branding, and related materials. No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these terms or the EULA.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, downloads, or services. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free. Material changes to these terms will apply prospectively and will be identified by a new effective date.
11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Mandatory warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixture Industries SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities. Total liability arising from paid services will not exceed the amount you paid for PixelSteer during the twelve months before the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may restrict access if you materially breach these terms or create security, legal, or operational risk. Software license termination is governed by the EULA.
