1. Merchant of record
PixelSteer is operated by Mixture Industries SRL. PixelSteer license purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, tax, receipts, refunds, and chargebacks. This policy adopts Paddle's standard refund policy. If this summary conflicts with Paddle's policy or applicable law, the terms most protective of your mandatory rights apply.
2. General policy
Except where required by law or approved by Paddle, completed one-time digital-product purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may grant a discretionary full or partial refund when a request is made within 14 days of purchase. Making a request does not guarantee a refund. Fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative conduct may make a purchase ineligible.
3. Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers in some countries have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights. For example, eligible consumers in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland, and United Kingdom may have 14 days to withdraw from some digital-content purchases. This right may end once digital content is downloaded, accessed, or used after the consumer expressly agrees to immediate supply and acknowledges the loss of the withdrawal right. Other countries may provide different periods or protections. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
4. Faulty or misdescribed software
If PixelSteer is materially defective, unavailable, or not as described, contact us first at support@pixelsteer.com so we can investigate and try to resolve the problem. If it cannot be resolved, request a refund through Paddle and include the purchase details and a description of the issue. Applicable legal rights for faulty or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
5. How to request a refund
Use the support or “Manage transaction” link in your Paddle receipt, or visit paddle.net and choose “Request refund.” Paddle verifies eligibility and returns approved refunds to the original payment method where possible. You may also contact support@pixelsteer.com for product assistance.
6. Effect of a refund
If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding commercial license is revoked and must no longer be used. Any issued license key may be disabled to the extent technically available.
7. Changes
We may update this policy for future purchases. The version in effect on the transaction date governs that purchase, subject to Paddle's buyer terms and mandatory law.
