1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement is between you and Mixture Industries SRL, the company that operates PixelSteer. By installing, copying, or using PixelSteer, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License grant
Mixture Industries SRL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use PixelSteer under these terms. The software is licensed, not sold.
3. Free non-commercial use
You may use PixelSteer free of charge for personal, educational, and other non-commercial purposes. The unlicensed software remains functional but may periodically display license reminders.
4. Individual commercial license
Commercial use by one natural person working on their own behalf requires an Individual license. The Individual license is a one-time purchase granting that named person lifetime use of the licensed software for their independent commercial work.
5. Business license
Use as an employee, contractor acting on behalf of an organization, or otherwise for a company or organization requires a Business license. Each user needs their own Business license unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. A Business license is a one-time purchase granting that user lifetime use of the licensed software for that organization.
6. Reminders and license verification
Buying a license removes license reminders and supports continued PixelSteer development. Paid licenses may be verified locally using a cryptographically signed license file. You may not alter, forge, share, or bypass a license file or the software's license checks.
7. Restrictions
You may not:
- redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the software;
- share an Individual or Business license between users;
- remove proprietary notices;
- reverse engineer or circumvent technical protections, except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- provide an embedded or hosted version to third parties without an OEM agreement.
8. Ownership
Mixture Industries SRL and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in PixelSteer. This agreement does not transfer ownership or grant rights to the PixelSteer name or marks.
9. Lifetime term, major versions, updates, and support
A paid license does not expire and does not require a subscription. It grants perpetual use of every PixelSteer version covered by the license, including the major version purchased. A license may include an update-entitlement date; releases published after that date, particularly a later major version, may require a new license, while every covered version continues working forever. Customers who purchase PixelSteer before version 1.0 receive lifetime update entitlement, including future major versions. “Lifetime” refers to the right to use covered software versions, not to the lifetime of any person or business. Support is included only as stated at purchase.
10. Your projects
You retain ownership of your source code and project files. PixelSteer does not claim ownership of code or other output created through your coding agent.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelSteer is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mixture Industries SRL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for PixelSteer during the twelve months before the claim.
13. Termination
This agreement ends automatically if you materially breach it. When it ends, you must stop using the software and remove all copies in your control.
14. Changes
Mixture Industries SRL may update this agreement for future versions. The terms accepted when you obtained a paid license continue to govern that licensed version unless you agree to updated terms.
